South African Rates
R 1350-00 per videographer per day.
This includes the services of an experienced cameraman, editing fees and 1 VHS copy 45-90 min. in duration depending on safari length. Editing includes music, special effects, titles, maps of areas visited, all the action, scenery and a personalized video cover. This includes day of arrival and departure.

Foreign Rates
$ 320-00 per videographer per day.
This includes the services of an experienced cameraman, editing fees and 1 VHS copy 45-90 min. in duration depending on safari length. Please Note.
Quotation does not include:
| - | Domestic or international flights to and from fishing/safari destinations. This includes all transport for videographer for duration of the trip. |
| - | Where videographer is charged for accommodation by outfitters this amount will be additional. |
| - | Shipping fees, these will vary according to number of copies required and will be negotiated once numbers are verified. Currently Postage fees for 2 VHS/DVD copies stand at
$ 150-00 international/R 100-00 for local. |
| - | Changes made to final video unless requests were not adhered to. |
| - | Copies of raw footage. This may be requested at an additional rate. |
| - | Optional Voice over done professionally @ $200/R1300. |
Terms and Conditions:
| - | Payment only accepted in the form of cheque, cash or bank transfer. |
| - | Cheques made payable to Safari and Film Africa. |
| - | 50% of daily rate payable in advance to confirm booking. |
| - | Upon signature of booking confirmation, it is agreed that all original footage remains the property of Safari and Film. This footage will thus be entitled by Safari and Film Africa to use in any commercial or promotional videos we produce. |
| - | The balance of payment is payable on completion of trip along with any additional fees incurred. |
| - | Any deposits received will be forfeited if booking is cancelled within 45 days of the start of safari. |
