1. Price
Tourette Fishing make every endeavor to ensure that our clients are aware of all the costs involved in each trip, in this
way preventing any surprised hidden costs. Included in our price is transport for the duration of the trip, all meals,
unless otherwise stipulated (restaurants), professional and qualified field and fishing guides, tea and coffee, park entry
fees, permits, boat hire and charters where necessary, accommodation and all camping equipment. We make every effort in preparing healthy
meals to suite everyone's taste. Local produce is used as much as possible. Our price does not include soft drinks,
alcoholic beverages, tips and any special extra excursions (i.e. rafting), these are for the clients own expense.
Due to the fluctuating exchange rates we reserve the right to surcharge without notice, this however is against our
philosophy.

2. Booking procedure

Set Itineraries: Prospective clients are asked to contact our offices before making a booking to check
availability of seats for their desired tour. Thereafter the online booking form must be completed and sent with a 15%
not refundable deposit. Failure to pay the full amount before the tour or stipulated date will be regarded as a
cancellation, and Tourette Fishing reserves the right to re-book the vacancy. Late bookings may be made depending on
available space. |

Customized Tours: After initial inquiries by prospective clients, Tourette Fishing requires seven working days to
work on tour logistics and costs. Thereafter a quote and proposed itinerary will be returned to the client. Once the
client is satisfied, dates will be finalized and the booking procedure will follow as it is for the set itineraries
(see 2.1). |

3. Insurance
Comprehensive travel, medical, baggage, money and cancellation insurance are compulsory on all Tourette Fishing tours.
This is the clients' own responsibility and should be arranged in your country of origin. |

4. Cancellation Procedure |

Cancellation by Tourette Fishing: Tourette Fishing reserves the right to cancel any tour if the specified minimum
number of passengers is not booked on the tour. In the event of a tour being cancelled, the client may choose a full refund
or alternatively any other tour that Tourette Fishing is in the position to offer. If the price of the alternative tour
is less than the original tour booked. The difference will be refunded to the client. If the alternative tour is more
expensive, then the client will be liable for the additional cost. |

Cancellation by Client: Notification of cancellation must be in writing and is effective as of the date it is
received by Tourette Fishing. Should a person cancel a tour/customized tour and cannot find a immediate replacement: |

If Tourette Fishing have 4 weeks or more notice, only the deposit is cancelled |

If Tourette Fishing have less than four weeks notice, the deposit and an additional cancellation fee will be payable by
the client as follows: 27-21 days 40% of total fare; 20-14 days 60% of total fare; 13-0 days 100% of total fare. |

If you fail to join a tour/customized tour or join it after departure, or leave it prior to its completion, no
reimbursement whatsoever will be made. |

5. Transport
Tourette Fishing operates with Toyota Landcruisers and Landrovers all chosen for their practicality and reliability.
Vehicles seat between four and 12 clients depending on application. |

6. Group Size and Age
Group sizes range from 2 to 10 clients. Tourette Fishing prefers to travel with smaller groups, thereby offering all of
our clients individual attention, when fishing and whilst in wilderness areas. Due to the physical nature and youthful
mentality of Tourette Fishing tours we recommend our tours to the 16 to 60 year age group. Older and younger clients are
welcome subject to proof of required physical ability. |

7. Currencies
Clients must realize that most African countries have certain currency restrictions with which they must familiarize
themselves before traveling. |

8. Rescue and Medical Assistance
In the unlikely event of rescue and medical assistance being needed, the client shall be liable for the entire cost
thereof, unless covered by insurance. |

9. Participation
The level of enjoyment and satisfaction experienced by a client on and after a tour is a reflection on the individuals'
ability to participate and get involved in all aspects of the tour. Due to the extreme nature of overland fishing tours,
a fair degree of participation is required of all clients to ensure the smooth running of tours. A flexible mindset is imperative
when traveling in Africa. |

10. Guides
Tourette Fishing has a small team of experienced full time guides. Our guides are all highly qualified and registered
with appropriate bodies. They are all passionate about sport fishing within Africa, are keen environmentalists and
qualified field guides, with a wealth of experience. These skills combined with their, relaxed yet responsible attitude,
ability to handle groups and African travel experience make them your perfect partner when angling and exploring southern
Africa. |

11. Accommodation
We camp at the majority of our destinations, however we do make use of lodges, cabins, bungalows and sometimes, even sleep
under the stars. |

12. Luggage Allowance
Clients are allowed one bag weighing up to 15kg. This must be a barrel bag, or internal frame backpack. No suitcases
will be allowed. One small daypack and camera bag will be allowed. |

13. Tackle
Clients are welcome to bring their own tackle. Recommended tackle list will be sent out on request. Tackle can be supplied
by Tourette Fishing. Clients will be charged for lost and broken tackle. |

14. Spending Money
Different trips require different amounts of spending money, depending on the length and nature of the trip and the
clients' individual needs. Spending money is needed for meals en route on the first and last days of the tour, alcohol
and soft drinks, curios, airport taxes, visas, transfers, tips and additional excursions not included in the tour price. |

15. Kit List and Instructions
On confirmation of booking, a kit list and tackle list will be sent to the client. The list will supply you with a
guide as to what to bring, including other useful information. You will also receive a receipt confirmation that
must be read carefully as it will display both time and point of departure and return. |

16. Acceptance and Booking Contract
A contract between Tourette Fishing and the client will only be deemed to be concluded once the client has received
receipt notification from Tourette Fishing. Clients will be asked to sign an acceptance of contract before the start
of their tour. |

The place of conclusion of the contract will always be taken as South Africa and any claim or actions brought against
Tourette Fishing can only be made under South African jurisdiction. |

17. Authority on Tour |

The client acknowledges that Tourette Fishing shall appoint a tour leader, the decisions of who shall be final and
binding at all times. |

The client must at all times comply with the laws, customs and the foreign exchange regulations of all countries visited. |
| | 17.3 |
If the client is in contravention of the above, Tourette Fishing may order the client to leave the tour without any
refund. In these circumstances the client will be obliged to make their own way home at their own expense. |

18. Force Majeure
Unforeseen circumstances including weather, road conditions, war, mechanical breakdowns, riots and other reasons beyond
the control of Tourette Fishing may cause delays or alterations to the tour. In the event of any of the aforementioned
occurring, Tourette fishing shall not be held liable in any way for any resulting costs of these delays or alterations. |

19. Exclusion of Liability |

Clients bookings are accepted on the understanding by the client that all tours are of an adventurous nature and involve
an element of personal risk which is an inherent part of travel in Southern Africa. |

Clients undertake all tours entirely at their own risk and while Tourette Fishing takes every precaution to ensure the
safety of clients, no responsibility can be accepted for any death, injury or loss which might occur to such clients,
sustained from any cause whatsoever. |

The client and his/her dependents, heirs, executors, administrators or assigns, hereby indemnify and hold blameless,
Tourette Fishing, its members, employees, representatives and agents from any claims of whatsoever nature and from any
liability for delay, loss, damage, injury, illness or death, arising from any cause whatsoever out events related to or
occurring during a tour. |
