Profiles

Keith Clover:
Keith has been guiding throughout Southern and East Africa since the age of 18. He is a Level III FGASA (Field Guides Association of Southern Africa) guide and has an Honors Degree in Animal Science through the University of Natal. Keith has guided in all the major National Parks around Southern Africa. Keith grew up in the Natal Drakensberg where his passion for fly fishing was instilled in him from the tender age of five. His first fishing memories are of stalking wild brown trout on the countless streams around the Drakensberg area with his Father and Grandfather. Keith is an accomplished salt and fresh water fly fisherman having successfully targeted most major species on fly. His knowledge and experience on waters around Southern and East Africa is an asset to all fishermen, experienced or not.

Rob Scott:
Rob grew up in the Wild Coast region of South Africa. Rob completed his Honors in BSc Agric at the University of Pietermaritzburg, and is a registered FGASA guide. From an early age Rob, armed with nothing more than light bait casting and spinning tackle, explored the numerous gullies and estuaries along the Wild Coast with the local Xhosa fishermen. It was during these carefree days that Rob's deep and abiding understanding of the oceans was learned. The lessons learned in his younger days have stood Rob in good stead for the continuation of his fishing career. Rob is now an accomplished salt water guide. Rob was a pioneer in the art of game fishing from fishing skis. Preferring to use light tackle and fishing skis, Rob has fished the Southern African Coast extensively, from Cape Town to Pemba. Rob's knowledge of the oceans and the fish that inhabit them and his ability to successfully put clients into good fish is uncanny.
